Do you have recommendations for mushroom alternatives in your meals? I’m allergic, but I’d love to follow along with your recipes.

  6. @MultiSuperdinosaur on December 17, 2024 at 4:54 pm

That would be way more in my area but I live in Canada in a high cost of living area. Still great ideas

    These look delicious 😋

  9. @rebeccabravo6144 on December 17, 2024 at 4:56 pm

I love these but the problem is they’re usually always for single people and if I calculate it for my family it’s the price I’m already paying

  10. @boringbananababe on December 17, 2024 at 4:59 pm

I thought that gourd was a big nose 😂

  11. @socksandpi1264 on December 17, 2024 at 5:01 pm

My issue is allergies. Life with food allergies is expensive.

  12. @juliamundt101 on December 17, 2024 at 5:03 pm

Stay away from all processed foods. Buy the basic proteins/veg/fruit/starch foods that your great grandmother recognizes), & learn to cook at home. It really can’t be more healthy than that.

  13. @peacelovemotivation8366 on December 17, 2024 at 5:05 pm

20 meals for two people is 3 and 1/3 days’ worth of food. That comes out to roughly $495 a month, which is good relative to the times, but still so expensive 😩

  14. @zellalaing5439 on December 17, 2024 at 5:05 pm

Waot, did you say x4 5 meals, so just evening meals? What about food for the rest of the day and pther two days of the week – am i missing something?

  15. @sonjak2395 on December 17, 2024 at 5:05 pm

You can make delicious Spaghetti with a sauce of tinned mackarele (or sardine), onions, olive oil, mixed Italian dried herbs, salt and pepper. Simmer all ingredients in a pan and toss with the cooked spaghetti. Tastes like real Italian summer. Mackarele and olive oil has good omega 3 fats.

    I love this video.
I have recently seen one when a person was claiming that they barely can pay for their groceries because it was 160$, but they put in 3 huge boxes of sodas..,,

  17. @stensballe3683 on December 17, 2024 at 5:07 pm

    healthy with all those carbs?
    u are lost 💀

  18. @lindaharrison1557 on December 17, 2024 at 5:12 pm

Good luck continuing this channel. I want to believe that its possible but i am SO discouraged about real life right now, I’m honestly crying while reading this. How the hell can we survive these prices….😢

  19. @stitcherak on December 17, 2024 at 5:12 pm

Emphasis is on 5 healthy dinners. What about breakfast and lunch? Unless I understood this clip incorrectly…..

  20. @TheMelrose1961 on December 17, 2024 at 5:13 pm

    Hmm sounds interesting

  21. @jasminemiller6074 on December 17, 2024 at 5:14 pm

What about breakfast and lunch for the week

  22. @daniellengarcia on December 17, 2024 at 5:15 pm

While I love this, and think what you’re doing is amazing ❤, I also remember being in college 5-6 years ago and spending $55-60 on a month’s worth of groceries. Grocery inflation makes me so sad 😢 Nevertheless, these recipes look incredible!

  23. @fuzzybananasocks9396 on December 17, 2024 at 5:16 pm

[Laughs sadly in New Zealand supermarket duopoly prices] those meals look amazing though. I will try them!

  24. @sheyla_2066 on December 17, 2024 at 5:16 pm

Was this video filmed in 2023? If yes, how has the prices changed over 10 months? From September 2023 to July 2024.

  25. @marieo9357 on December 17, 2024 at 5:18 pm

We don’t have a Trader Joe’s here. I wish we did and I have a family to cook for making my bill higher than normal. 😭 Those meals look yummy.

  26. @Don_Modern_Ancestor on December 17, 2024 at 5:18 pm

Carb free, oxalate free, process food free, and seed oil free is what I need. Inflammatory and health wise, this wouldn’t work for me.

  27. @rosebarnes101 on December 17, 2024 at 5:21 pm

Thank you! Giving me ideas for next weeks meals. Do you have any recipes that are kid friendly?

  28. @Laura-ud6dv on December 17, 2024 at 5:22 pm

When one short vid gets you subscribed

  29. @Sophiaocean251 on December 17, 2024 at 5:22 pm

I would be so healthy if I only had to cook for myself. I hate cooking now. HATE it. When someone expects you to cook every day for every meal you start to resent cooking.

  30. @renam9296 on December 17, 2024 at 5:26 pm

I need protein though. That makes it way more

  31. @dyodoleu on December 17, 2024 at 5:26 pm

That much liquid instant broth would be at least 5 bucks in Germany 😂 a small jar is already 2 bucks

  32. @daniellevinoya371 on December 17, 2024 at 5:26 pm

Does this include breakfast and lunch? No snacks?

  33. @dyodoleu on December 17, 2024 at 5:27 pm

How are these called penne but don’t have the shape

  34. @jamyllemendes8588 on December 17, 2024 at 5:28 pm

    Love these videos❤

  35. @youneeda_j on December 17, 2024 at 5:31 pm

I’ve never hit subscribe so quickly lol

  36. @eleynastuchell on December 17, 2024 at 5:32 pm

It’s possible at Trader Joe’s. Nowhere else though.

  37. @lesleerodriguez1892 on December 17, 2024 at 5:33 pm

If you’re buying food on the United States it is not likely that what you are making at home is healthy.

  38. @Allyson0 on December 17, 2024 at 5:33 pm

Where is anyone buying this amount of food for $55?

  39. @mrs.h4484 on December 17, 2024 at 5:34 pm

It is when your water was turned off, your power was turned off, and you are begging on the street. I meet a woman in this predicament. I don’t care how she got there, just care that she is there. Pray for her situation to change please.

  45. @Roset1557 on December 17, 2024 at 5:42 pm

Eating healthy without spending a lot is easy, but I’d like to see a challenge of someone finding good facial beauty products all under 50$ that’s where I struggle

  46. @rubyamaya9139 on December 17, 2024 at 5:43 pm

    Daaaaayuuuummmm okayyyy 💖😍🔥🔥🔥

  47. @QueenOfLimeGreen on December 17, 2024 at 5:43 pm

  48. @emmasmith2790 on December 17, 2024 at 5:43 pm

Ha ha ha in Washington that cart full of groceries would be $250 easy.

  49. @sashabc on December 17, 2024 at 5:44 pm

Yeah but what about the protein?

  50. @BonnieM93 on December 17, 2024 at 5:44 pm

Yum. Just substitute the tofu for chicken and you’ve got some great meals!
