If ur depending on grains
Naw, grainfree is freedom
We need eggs, ruminant meats and daily—BOTH
I love raw A2 homemade kefiror yogurt (w/a 24 hr culture) too!
😮
Do you have recommendations for mushroom alternatives in your meals? I’m allergic, but I’d love to follow along with your recipes.
that cart would be $100+ where I live.
Annnnnnnnd she went to expensive behind Trader Joe’s not Walmart 😂❤ love it!
That would be way more in my area but I live in Canada in a high cost of living area. Still great ideas
hey all! if you’re having trouble seeing the list or recipes, they’re all on https://jenneatsgoood.com/how-to-turn-a-55-grocery-haul-into-20-healthy-meals/
These look delicious 😋
I love these but the problem is they’re usually always for single people and if I calculate it for my family it’s the price I’m already paying
I thought that gourd was a big nose 😂
My issue is allergies. Life with food allergies is expensive.
Stay away from all processed foods. Buy the basic proteins/veg/fruit/starch foods that your great grandmother recognizes), & learn to cook at home. It really can’t be more healthy than that.
20 meals for two people is 3 and 1/3 days’ worth of food. That comes out to roughly $495 a month, which is good relative to the times, but still so expensive 😩
Waot, did you say x4 5 meals, so just evening meals? What about food for the rest of the day and pther two days of the week – am i missing something?
You can make delicious Spaghetti with a sauce of tinned mackarele (or sardine), onions, olive oil, mixed Italian dried herbs, salt and pepper. Simmer all ingredients in a pan and toss with the cooked spaghetti. Tastes like real Italian summer. Mackarele and olive oil has good omega 3 fats.
I love this video.
I have recently seen one when a person was claiming that they barely can pay for their groceries because it was 160$, but they put in 3 huge boxes of sodas..,,
healthy with all those carbs?
u are lost 💀
Good luck continuing this channel. I want to believe that its possible but i am SO discouraged about real life right now, I’m honestly crying while reading this. How the hell can we survive these prices….😢
Emphasis is on 5 healthy dinners. What about breakfast and lunch? Unless I understood this clip incorrectly…..
Hmm sounds interesting
What about breakfast and lunch for the week
While I love this, and think what you’re doing is amazing ❤, I also remember being in college 5-6 years ago and spending $55-60 on a month’s worth of groceries. Grocery inflation makes me so sad 😢 Nevertheless, these recipes look incredible!
[Laughs sadly in New Zealand supermarket duopoly prices] those meals look amazing though. I will try them!
Was this video filmed in 2023? If yes, how has the prices changed over 10 months? From September 2023 to July 2024.
We don’t have a Trader Joe’s here. I wish we did and I have a family to cook for making my bill higher than normal. 😭 Those meals look yummy.
Carb free, oxalate free, process food free, and seed oil free is what I need. Inflammatory and health wise, this wouldn’t work for me.
Thank you! Giving me ideas for next weeks meals. Do you have any recipes that are kid friendly?
When one short vid gets you subscribed
I would be so healthy if I only had to cook for myself. I hate cooking now. HATE it. When someone expects you to cook every day for every meal you start to resent cooking.
I need protein though. That makes it way more
That much liquid instant broth would be at least 5 bucks in Germany 😂 a small jar is already 2 bucks
Does this include breakfast and lunch? No snacks?
How are these called penne but don’t have the shape
Love these videos❤
I’ve never hit subscribe so quickly lol
It’s possible at Trader Joe’s. Nowhere else though.
If you’re buying food on the United States it is not likely that what you are making at home is healthy.
Where is anyone buying this amount of food for $55?
It is when your water was turned off, your power was turned off, and you are begging on the street. I meet a woman in this predicament. I don’t care how she got there, just care that she is there. Pray for her situation to change please.
As an American in California in a costly city family of 4 I spend about 200 a week rarely go out to eat so seems very accurate ❤
Wash. Your. Carrots 🤢
🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮
Love this!!!
Ahh, I literally love you!! You have great meal ideas that I would actually make, and they’re affordable and look delish! Thank you so much for sharing your gift and talent!!
Eating healthy without spending a lot is easy, but I’d like to see a challenge of someone finding good facial beauty products all under 50$ that’s where I struggle
Daaaaayuuuummmm okayyyy 💖😍🔥🔥🔥
GLUTEN-FREE & DAIRY-FREE!?!?!? Those are my cue words!!! Stupid food allergies cost a small fortune to avoid, but HALLELUJAH it REALLY CAN BE DONE CHEAPLY!!! I can now PROVE it to my husband, too!!! THANK YOU!!! YOU ARE A GOD SENT ANGEL!!! 😇 ❤
Ha ha ha in Washington that cart full of groceries would be $250 easy.
Yeah but what about the protein?
Yum. Just substitute the tofu for chicken and you’ve got some great meals!
