    Right now it’s 30 minutes after I did this exercise and I felt like rubber. First I started yawning and sighing, I had a weird feeling in my head for a few minutes, then muscles started to relax. This is amazing!

    In Germany we go to the osteopath. I wouldn’t try this on my own, especially since you probably also need psychological support so that the homeostasis remains stable.

    I get nervous recently when taking a bath thw moment the cold water touches my neck and back.. i get skip beats too..could it be my vagus nerve?
