Kimchi (the vinegar in it) is good for bloating. I would choose matcha any day over coffee.

such man made toxic plant matter, literally trying to imitate real raw meat with that digusting cabbage, fiber is indegistible

  17. @Merope1111-f7j on December 17, 2024 at 5:07 pm

Cabbage is an absolute no no, and with that much chilli its definitely a recipe for disaster… i wish everyone would monitor their own symptoms and eat accordingly instead of blindly folllowing what these influencers say. Be safe and vigilant guys

  34. @ileanacastro96 on December 17, 2024 at 5:24 pm

Matcha isn’t caffeine but it would help my gut system

  35. @nandanabanerjee2797 on December 17, 2024 at 5:24 pm

People forget about fat soluble vitamins. Certain vitamins need that oil/butter to be absorbed in your body. Sometimes, infact in my personal opinion , most of the time , cooked vegetables are better than raw. When you cook something, that wonderful smell helps secretes saliva in our mouth which helps in better digestion.

    Does this help with gerd?

  37. @HackYouGut-s3f on December 17, 2024 at 5:27 pm

  39. @BlasianGoddessTM77 on December 17, 2024 at 5:30 pm

Foods with high levels of probiotics tend to be VERY high in histamines which is a chemical compound that can increase pain .

Caffeine also inhibits release of adenosine. Adenosine helps you relax and sleep

  42. @AyeAsh444 on December 17, 2024 at 5:33 pm

As always so accurate and entertaining 😂

Yet to try kimchi but I have loved matcha and butterfly pea iced tea. Anyone in Texas, I buy my teas and herbs from Serenity Herbal

  47. @ashwinireddy4297 on December 17, 2024 at 5:40 pm

I just made some kimchi. I’ve been eating it for 2 days so far. Two questions:
My kimchi tastes fermented but isn’t bubbling as much. I left it out at room temp for 2 nights. Is it ok? Did I do something wrong? Any suggestions 😢😢

How long after eating kimchi everyday will I see results with gut health and skin issues.?

  48. @aloveofsurf on December 17, 2024 at 5:42 pm

Watch consumption of sodium in kimchi. This is believed to be a potential cause of increased incidence of visceral cancers in populations eating large quantities of fermented foods compared to other industrialized diets.

Cooked live food kills the live enzymes. Raw is always better for you research it. You may like it better cooked but it’s not better for you.
