I can’t keep my eyes closed for more than a min, my eyelids starts the tremmer. And that tremmer is a trigger to seizure. The tremmer stayed with me after meditation but the fear doesn’t go away.

  33. @donnarowe9670 on December 17, 2024 at 5:26 pm

My 98 year old mother has terrible insomnia. She’ll often go two or three days without sleeping and it makes her miserable. I have tried so many videos: every kind of noise white brown black pink. Guided meditations, sleep hypnosis in all kinds of different voices. Nothing worked. Then I found the Quiet Mind. I needed something longer so I looked through your other videos and haven’t been able to find anything like it. You don’t talk much in any of the videos I found so I just loop The Quiet Mind. It’s the sound of your voice that relaxes her better than anything else I’ve tried.
She’s the sweetest thing so it’s heartbreaking when she’s uncomfortable.
We both thank you so much for The Quiet Mind and if you have another longer video maybe a guided meditation or something that I didn’t see I hope someone will let me know.
Thank you so much. You’ve made life better for both of us and we are grateful ❤

Great video short and to the point. One question why breathe out through the nose instead of the mouth. What’s the benefit or difference when mouth breathing… And if anyone has been breathing in and out through the mouth for years can we retrain the brain and body to breathe through the nose… Just asking for a friend 😂
