Scratch Whole Grains and the list is decent. Grains are garbage. What we have for grains nowadays is just processed junk, whether ‘whole’ or not. Eliminate all starches, potatoes, breads.

There’s no secret. Just put the fork down and stay in a calorie deficit and lift weights. In November of 2023 I was 327 pounds. Here we are October 2024 I am 226. There is no secret no magic pill no nonsense items. Just you and your willpower. I cut off so much food. Bread,chips soda,alcohol. Basically everything that’s pointless to consume. I eat 452 calories daily and burn around 1300ish around there

This is missing a key component in regards to fatt loss. And that is the main and only way to lose fat. Eat in a calory deficit. If you consume all these "fat burning" foods but in a caloric surplus gues what you will now become fat and thats it

When I go home in the Philippines, I eat like a pig, carbs, desserts maybe 6x a day meals plus the night outs and my fat melts like a butter each time. I come back to America and within a week I gain it all back even if I go back to my what I consider as whole foods. There’s something in the drinks and foods here, making us all fat or fatter.

I drink one glass of water with apple cider vinegar , lemon and cinnamon every days. I also started my day with Greek yogurt. My body fat is around 17% and I am 54 years old. Note that I workout multiple times a week and do avoid sugar.
I need to change my diet I eat Ramen noodles everyday and workout
Bonus item: Drink green tea on empty stomach in the morning and start working out 1-1.5 hours after drinking the tea

I bulked up in 4 years from 70 kg to 93 kg. Now in the span of 10 weeks i lost around 9 kg.
I ate everything i wanted. I "cheated" alot like every third day.
I ate pizza, lasagne, burger, chicken nuggets, fries, you know the "good" stuff.
The only thing i did was staying in a calorie defizit.
Looked for a calorie calculator,
And was around 2700 kcal for maintaining.
I reduced my intake to max. 2200 kcal daily.
Now i am around 2500 kcal so i reduced my intake to 2000kcal max.
I just make sure to hit my daily protein goal, eat enough vegetables and reach my daily step goal of around 7k-10k steps daily and train hard in the gym.
Reduced my cooked rice intake from daily 700-1000 gramms daily to maximum 400 gramms
and very importsnt for me, i ate small portions over the day so i dont have the big hunger cravings. When you are in a deficit it doesn’t matter anyway
Guys this is a marathon not a sprint, this is no NeW LiFeSTyLE, just adaptation to new set goals
Have fun and dont restrict yourself with it to much, just stay in control

I eat around 70-80 eggs a week and have been for the last few years. My cholesterol levels are, in the words of my doctor, "beautiful". They keep me full and my body has been responding very nicely to this change.
I have a question about apple cider vinegar, if you use it in cooking, salads and stuff like that, will it still help in the weight losing process?
I dont care what science or others says, based on my personal experiance when ever i eat whole eggs with its yolk i started to gain weight, i felt more energetic, healthy and much more stronger after eating whole eggs but i gained weight on the scale, every single time. And that cant be coincidance. In my opinion if you are trying to lose belly fat and if you are a fat person just get rid of the egg yolk and only eat its white. Eating 4-5 egg whites in the breakfast with some vegetables and a slice of brown bread is a good, safe breakfast option for fat loss diet. White only has proteins but you can get minerals and other vitamins from different foods. I think the yolk has little too much cholesterol and fat which somehow promotes weight gain in me at least. But if you are a lean, fit person with little body fat or maybe if you are an athlete only than you should eat the yolk 100 percent.

I approve this message.Went from 281 now to 200 walking on the treadmill 3 to 4 miles a day 6 days a week and drinking water.About 3.7 speed (fast walk) and a 6.0 incline.If you can’t start there that’s ok work your way up to it.I had to do the same.Lift some weights as well include it into your routine something that works for you.
