Bro if these Unedited, no sound effects Tedtalks are what changed my life.

I would sit down in my room and view this full screen.

A lesson for other creators especially in the self-improvement niche is to really really focus on making an impact on the life of your viewer.

When you sit down to ask write your script make sure you sit down and at least just think how can I help this person.

Knowing kindness is ine thing and practising kindness is another and we have to systamatically train our brain to implement that! There are seprate connection you make in your brain when you practice what you learned!
As muslim Incan apply that in my life; knowing what is right is one thing and implementing that in tour life you need a concipus effort! With practice and saystems we can implement it!
    Kove this concept

Islam teaches all the above things for a better society

First Islam tells you to have a higher sense of purpose By aiming for eternal life in Heaven

Second Islam teaches rules of family life so have better interpersonal relations with other! Islam teaches to forgive every person who hurt you; for better interpersonal relations.

Islam teaches to have positive thinking constantly improving and growing in life. By practicing teaching Islam like honesty, compassion, giving etc.

Last but not least, Islam main focous is on mindfulness. Mandatory Five daily prayers and dedicated certain time of the day for remembering God help to practice mindfulness. Constant zikar( remembering god in your free time) is also a practice of mindfulness

All praises to Allaha who gave us Islam as religion, which is a complete way of life.

Time is now. Save lives now. Save the planet now. Solve immigration issues now. Stop war now. Save our species now. We can save humanity. Victory is here. Let’s be part of this. Change begins with you, your family. Forward this to your family members now now now, not a moment later

    Bismillahirrahmanirrahim

The establishment has been gaslighting us for too long, and so many have lost their lives in this senseless war. They are telling us we can not change the system, but we have shown them our power in mass protest, humanity exists. But no matter how we protest, how we fight, they won’t listen to us. Why? Because we are part of this system. We who claim to be human have not been human. We are selfish, we are greedy, we don’t want to share what’s ours with others, we keep on hoarding things that will be of no use to us once we die. We think our religion and our race are superior to the others. They are, in fact, US. The most effective way to fight is by massive transformation back to our human self. We dont need to have more weapons that enrich the worst of us,we don’t need the stocks and the surpluses of money that we are going to leave when we die. What we need is more humanity. Let us all share what we have, check on the next person if they have something to eat and sheltered, give charity, do not buy their arms, their weapon, and dump their stocks. Be kind and gracious and forgive to others, and seek forgiveness from those that we have wrong. In this way, all of us can heal from this pain that we have inflicted upon ourselves. Ask God for help in this endeavour, for we are actually fighting ourselves, and every second we lose, we will lose another brother or sister.

To my beloved muslim brothers and sisters
Tell your selves that you do not have faith until you love for your brothers what you love for themselves-and all of humanity is our brothers and sisters, and tell all our families that we will meet again in jannah,in a much beautiful place, and make the world a beautiful space. Hold on to the quran and hadith. The enemy plans and Allah plans, and His plan is superior. Their complicated web of lies and deceit are but spiderweb. Tell yourselves shaitan is the enemy. Seek help by praying to Him. Indeed, he is successful who purify their heart, so don’t be among the losers. Allah wants good for mankind, He is Arrahmanirrahim. The signs of Allah are all around us. Build a better world, do not make excuses and be sincere, treat others like how we want to be treated, and approach people like how Rasullullah peace be upon him showed it- with love, tenderness, patience, forgiveness and thanks.

    Action plan:
    1. Make this viral
    2. Make doa
    3. Have faith/iman
    4. Perform your prayers regularly
    5.Give zakat
    6. Stop taking/giving bribes and usury
    7. Stop buying things you don’t need
    8. If you have excess money in banks, dump it to the poor
    9. If you have an empty house for rent, let the homeless stay in it
    10. Make others understand
    11. The faster we do this, the faster we win

If 1 million of us stop buying things we don’t need, the fake economy will collapse, and we are more than 8 billion. The greediest among us will lose, and the poorest among us will get taken care of. And we don’t need the walls and the borders that separate us. We can move freely through the earth, and no one should die anywhere else on this earth. All lives matters.all lives are equal

This solves everything. By buying things and giving to the poor, you are helping the poor and helping the planet. And punishing the one who profiteers from this. Stop being greedy. You don’t need the 100th shoe or the 100th clothes. The entire supermarket can feed the poor, but it’s rather left on the shelves and expired. We have become numb to the suffering of others, so we need drugs that can help us control the depression cause by our own greed, and the big pharma wins again.

Time is now, dear brother, dear sister. Not a moment later! Bombs are still dropping, and gaza is not liberated. Today is the day

    29.11.2024

Oh God, we have wronged ourselves. If you do not forgive us, we will be among the losers.

Forward this to your richest friend and family. They are responsible for this mess we are in, and that friend is you too.

The people of Gaza have sacrificed their children, themselves, their home. You just need to sacrifice the excesses you don’t need…please please please give food to the poor, take care of the orphans, donate to charity, stop usury, adopt a refugee.stop buying unnecessary stuff, spread the word.

What do we do with the treacherous and lying politicians, the arrogant among us- what our prophet show- forgiveness, let’s extend forgiveness even to Israel, they are afraid of justice, but forgiving them is the worst humiliation they can face

Let’s show our creator our gratitude, alhamdulillah ala kulli hal. And no, shaitan can not mislead me this time. God will reward the miniscule good deeds we do, spread peace on earth now now now

33:36 It is not for a believing man or woman—when Allah and His Messenger decree a matter—to have any other choice in that matter. Indeed, whoever disobeys Allah and His Messenger has clearly gone astray.

    1 minute
Sit for a moment deep breath

I invite you to bring a loved one into your mind and your heart

You can leave your eyes open or closed

As you bring your loved one into your mind and in your heart,
cultivate strong aspiration that they be happy and be free of suffering

And they share same wish for happiness and share same wish to be free of suffering as all human beings

You may envision a time in their life when they may have been having some difficulty and you can say a simple phrase in your mind

“MAY YOU BE HAPPY MAY YOU BE FREE OF SUFFERING”

and simple notice whatever may come up for you.
