How to be disease free-
1. Control eating .
Eg. Don’t eat any bad for health like sugar ,junk food ,or anything outsider food for atleast 6 months straight if disease is high right now.
Eating control means , you should not eat for 16 hours daily , You can eat lunch and dinner only .
And eat normally as before you used to .
Stay away 16 hours straight from food daily , and eat two meals during 8 hours left.
Once you can control eating ,
Or consuming foods ,you can control your health ….
Because what we consume directly connected to body organs …
