While you were talking and coaching us how to do it ,as i was following along as soon as i started to stimulate that area there was like pressure in my nose popped, or released rather, i cant explain it but i felt the changes you were talking about. I have Emetophobia and was having a severe panic attack, I was sweating, crying, shaking, trembling etc. I haven’t gotten any sleep, it’s now 5:32AM and I can’t sleep.
Just tried, not sure if placebo but this is the most effective way to reduce anxiety. More so than the 4-7-8 or take a short 2nd breath and breathe out! hope this works for others too!
