    Years ago when weight watchers was getting known the people doing ww looked good,felt good, and were consistently losing weight!! They ate healthy! Might just be tuna and spinach for meal or greens, radishes,celery for snacks. It eas about good exchanges. They didn’t have baggy skin or gaunt looking,black bags under the eyes, etc! My miece lost 50lbs,a lady i worked with years after that lost 40lbs.
