Ginger create heat in the body.. donβt know why would you call it anti inflammatory. If someone has IBD they shouldnβt been taking it at all!! Not sure if you would still call it anti inflammatory

I would reccomend any soup with lots of ginger and or tumeric and or lemon they taste really good. I like to make lentil or bean veggie soups. But chicken soup is just fine
